She is passionate about educating others in the positive effects of regular exercise and leading an active healthy lifestyle on your body and mindset, which is something that Sara has learnt first-hand through her own experiences.
Sara is no ordinary Level 3 Personal Trainer. She has over 20 years experience within the fitness industry. She is an avid gym and Indoor Cycling devotee and has taken part in fitness events all while being a busy working mum and dealing with the stresses everyday life can bring.
Since retraining and joining Jelly Fitness, she has gained a wealth of knowledge through her own 1-2-1 sessions, her mentoring by Simon and her aim to be the best trainer she can be.
