1:1 Personal Training - Face to face. 

* £30 each hour session 
* £280 for 10 x 1:1 PT hour sessions with one free hour sports massage treatment and access to my weight management course worth £27pm. This package requires at least one hour 1:1 PT session per week. 

1:1 personal training currently is outdoors only and are based in Hucknall, Nottingham. No gym 1:1 PT sessions at present however, bespoke gym plans can be created at an extra cost. 
You will be expected to increase your movement and make changes to your lifestyle which I will of course help with. 

Group training (2+ individuals) such as sport fitness performance or family and friends training starts from £40 per hour. Please get in touch for more details. Travel expenses maybe included in the price. 

Sport Specific training (strength and conditioning) available please get in touch. This is suitable for those wanting to improve their sporting performance, stamina, endurance, power, speed and strength. I am a level 6 Human Performance coach. 

Payments can be made cash, card, PayPal or bank transfer. 

I will only take clients on who will listen, take action and actually want to make changes. 

Online Personal Training.

Online training is for those who cannot access 1:1 PT face to face for any reason. You will be provided with bespoke plans via an app and will use methods such as WhatsApp, email, telephone and/or video calls to communicate progress etc. You will be expected to provide regular (weekly usually) "weigh in's" via the same app too. These include cm's, weight and progress photos. 

* 1 x 6-week bespoke home or gym plan design - £30 - £60. 

* 6 to 12 week bespoke training plan, weekly check in's via email, weight management, "weigh in's", accountability and more - £140 - £200. 

* Monthly Coaching. £250 upwards. 
This is the ultimate online training package with a video consultation, weekly video check in calls up to 45 minutes, bespoke plans created with unlimited adjustments, macronutrient and calorie guidance, advice and adjustments, progress pictures, "weigh in's", mindset training and more. 

This is aimed for anyone serious about making changes to their lifestyles for any reason.

Sports Massage Treatments.

* 60 minute treatment £45

* 90 minute treatment £60

* 12 week "Fix Me" course £500. Consisting of: 
1 x consultation and 60 minute massage
4 x 90 minute massage treatments. 
4 x corrective training plans - these will be created to your needs. 
weekly video check in's to ensure you are ok, doing as requested, creating alternate exercises, tips, advice, progression and results. 

All sports massage treatments are based in Hucknall, Nottingham at a set location. 
No mobile massage treatments are available. 
Cupping (fire and suction) is available and will only be used if deemed necessary. There is no extra charge for the use of cupping.
