Personal Training

Our one to one service provides a tailored training structure to individual needs and abilities, whilst being educated along the process.
Each session will involve additional features such as stretching techniques, myofascial techniques and nutritional advice and planning.
Each session is one hour long and with our head coach; Simon Gunn BA (hons). All sessions are currently held in Hucknall in Ultimate Gym & Fitness.
